One of the largest pile driving jobs on which high capacity Raymond piles have been used in Egypt, that Maadi Satellite project, Maadi, cairo. More than 4000 piles of step taper Raymond piles were driven by Misr-Reymond company, to support high rise towers. This article analyiz the methods of prediction of load capacity compared to full acsle tests and gives a useful recommendations.
